If you are a group of many people (up to 18 people), with a lot of luggage, our transfer service is an ideal option for you!
Our Toyota Hiace Commuter will give you a comfortable ride with free wifi to your hotel in Osaka from Kansai Airport, or vise versa.
Instead of getting tired by carrying your luggage all the way to the hotel, you can make yourself relaxed in our comfortable van.
We offer free wi-fi, wet hand towel and mineral water inside our van. Ninja driver is also available upon your request!

You can charter our van anytime during a day, so please feel free to reserve even if you are arriving midnight or early morning.
In addition to airport transfer, we provide customizable charter service and car tours in various cities in Japan.

Important

- Our driver can speak simple English only. If you prefer to have a guide with your tour, please search and book separately. Or we can provide an English-speaking assistant if available (not a professional guide).
- Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour such as parking fee, toll fee, and transportation fee to bring our vehicle to/back to our base in Narita or Osaka.
- The number of people for one van is maximum 22 people (including a driver, without a lot of luggage).
- The customer is requested to complete booking process (including payment) at least 3 days in advance prior to the tour date.
- Please make sure to write down the following information for transfer request/ booking:
1) flight number (cruise name)
2) flight (cruise) arrival/ departure time
3) airport terminal (cruise port)
4) number of luggage

We will pick you up at the arrival gate of kansai international Airport with our welcome sign board and drive you to your hotel, so please kindly provide the following information when you proceed booking:
- your flight no. and scheduled arrival time
- which terminal you will arrive at
- hotel name in Osaka

*If your hotel is outside Osaka, we offer our transfer service with extra charge depending on the hotel's location. In this case, please kindly send us a message before booking through our profile page and we will check our availability.

“ good for large groups ”

Booked this private van to take us to see Mt. Fuji. The van wasn't equipped with WiFi as advertised and 1 of the main reasons why we booked this van. English speaking assistant was very helpful. Unfortunately, the weather was really bad and we were not prepared for walking around in cold rain. So we really couldn't enjoy or take advantage of all the places that we went to. We cut the tour short. Will book with them again, it was a great value and easy to communicate. Driver was friendly and did provide us with umbrellas. Van was very comfortable and warm. Hopefully, next time the weather will be better.

“ Driver and transport feedback ”

Hello, Miyanishi San have been with us for 2 days and he is very helpful and friendly. Today he will be our driver as well as accompany us for sightseeing in Kyoto. 1) please advise are tolls included in hiring the 13 seaters? 2) I thought Miyanishi San could speak some English which he is not.. Thank you !

“ Drivers are very accommodating and fun ”

The drivers are very polite and accommodating. We went on a kimono trip to Kyoto and the driver also changed to a ninja costume! What a fun driver! He’s also knowledgeable with the places. The co-driver was also very nice. He went with us to Arashiyama so that he and the driver can communicate regarding the meeting point (we do not have no sim cards to use in Japan, so that’s very convenient for us). It was a wonderful experience. My family enjoyed the tour and are very happy with our driver companions. Please extend our gratitude to them! (I’m sorry I forgot their names).

“ Will not recommend ”

It would have been better if we just rode taxis.First of all, the driver did not know any sightseeing spots in Kyoto!!! He wasted most of our time looking for the hotel of our companion. He had to phone for directions or look at the map, again, wasting time.In the end they wanted me to pay ¥6000more as the van came from Osaka, as they said.I refused to pay as I did not demand for a van from Osaka or anywhere else. When they cinfirmed my reservation, nothing was mentioned about the extra ¥6000 jst bec it had to come fr Osaka! Overall, it sucked.we ended up going to only 2 temples.such a waste of time and money! We pd ¥81,850 for a lousy service!!!i do not recommend TripleLights Service!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we take criticism very seriously. We investigated the situation properly to get the full picture. It appears that our driver had to wait for 40 minutes at the first pickup because one of our customers was taking a shower. Then he had to wait for some time again at the second pickup because our customers were not ready to leave. There was also an additional request for a third pickup leaving everyone with a limited amount of time to tour. Usually our customers have time to visit 4 to 5 sightseeing spots within 8 hours if they leave the hotel on time. We are deeply sorry to hear that you had such a frustrating experience.
