This is a private van transfer service between Narita Airport and your hotel in Tokyo.
Our van can accommodate a group of up to 18 people and our service is available for 24h.

Our Toyota Hiace Commuter will give you a comfortable ride with free wifi to your hotel in Tokyo from Narita Airport, or vise versa.
Instead of getting tired by carrying your luggage all the way to the hotel, you can make yourself relaxed in our comfortable van.
We offer free wi-fi, wet hand towel and mineral water inside our van. Ninja driver is also available upon your request!
You can charter our van anytime during a day, so please feel free to reserve even if you are arriving midnight or early morning.
In addition to airport transfer, we provide customizable charter service and car tours in various cities in Japan.

- Our driver can speak simple English only. If you prefer to have a guide with your tour, please search and book separately. Or we can provide an English-speaking assistant if available (not a professional guide).
- Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour fee as some places accept cash only.
- The number of people for one van is maximum 22 people (including a driver, without a lot of luggage).
- The customer is requested to complete booking process (including payment) at least 2 days in advance prior to the tour date.
- Please make sure to write down the following information for transfer request/ booking:
1) flight number (cruise name)
2) flight (cruise) arrival/ departure time
3) airport terminal (cruise port)
4) number of luggage
We will pick you up at the arrival gate of Narita Airport with our welcome sign board and drive you to your hotel, so please kindly provide the following information when you proceed on booking:
- your flight no. and scheduled arrival time
- which terminal you will arrive at
- hotel name in Tokyo
*If your hotel is outside Tokyo, we offer our transfer service with extra charge depending on the hotel's location. In this case, please kindly send us a message before booking through our profile page and we will check our availability.

We had a great time with our Osaka-Kyoto Tour with Mr. Miyanishi. He is very familiar with the routes and places to go around Kyoto and Osaka. We were able to maximize our 8 hours and were able to go to all the places we want to visit. Even though he knows little English, he tried his best to communicate with us.

Had a great time exploring Nara at our own pace. Our driver, Mr Kojima, made sure we arrived to those places safely. Comfortable bus, too!

Our guide arranged for a location just outside Kyoto Station for us to meet our van and driver (Mr. Uno). He drove us to each of the different sites we visited. We were dropped off and picked up at each site very efficiently. The van comfortably sat all 17 of us. Just be aware that tolls and parking fees are extra. We knew that from the start so I expected it. It was roughly 10% of our daily rate.

I booked this tour 2 weeks prior, Gave a list of places we wanted to visit, WHY TRIPLELIGHTS dd you provide us with; 1.a driver who did not speak simple English- when you’ve stated driver speaks simple English, had to stop and go asking for directions, did not know where to drop us off, left us with less time to tour kamakura 2.an English speaking assistant who arrived late, who we expected to facilitate things for us but instead stated he hasn’t been to Kamakura in a long time, insisted that we pay for his entrance fee although he wasn’t a tour guide, who acted just like us A TOURIST, who demanded that in theory we SHOULD PAY FOR HIS EXPENSIVE LUNCH - in which we certainly refused. 3.We paid $1388.24 to fend for ourselves 4.By providing us with an inadequately prepared personnel... read more
