In our 2-hour lesson, we demonstrate how to make typical Japanese dishes for BENTO (lunch box) including tamagoyaki (omelet), salad, Japanese sweets and you can make your own roll sushi. M&M stands for initials of our family names. Yoko loves cooking since she was a little and she owned a restaurant in Tokyo. Reiko is a food journalist and knows a lot about food. We both speak English as we used to live in the States. You will cook at Yoko’s house.
