In our hands-on, 2-hour lesson, we make roll sushi, tamagoyaki (Japanese style omelet), salad with kamakura vegetable, Japanese sweets.and pack them in your own BENTO box.

M&M stands for initials of our family names. Yoko loves cooking since she was a little and she owned a restaurant in Tokyo. Reiko is a food journalist and knows a lot about food. We both speak English as we used to live in the States. You will cook at Yoko’s house.
