Yakuzen (Medical meal) served at a Buddhist temple

Have you ever made any Yakuzen-ryori or medical meal served at a Buddhist temple?

This is one of my favorite food, and it is very easy for me to make.  

This jelly is sometimes served as a medical meal, and said to be effective to clean our stomach.  

 

Ingredient:

Broth (1) ---made using died ‘dokudami’ (scientific name is Houttuynia cordata)

Broth (2) ---made using dried kelp)

Dried‘kanten’jelly Salt, Soybean source, egg
