"Wow!" In Kimono

Hello.

My name is Kahoko,an English tour guide in Tokyo.

I'm pretty excited because I'm writing my blog for the first time in my life.

I'd like to introduce something "Wow!" about Japan and Japanese every day life.

The memorial first topic is kimono, traditional Japanese clothes.

A kimono is simply made of several rectangular parts of material.

There are no buttons or zippers. We fix it with some strings and sashes. "Wow!" In Kimono

Interestingly,it's very flexible regarding size.

Although my daughter is 170cm and Iam 162cm, we can wear the same kimono with a little technic. "Wow!" In Kimono

"Wow!" In KimonoMoreover, the same kimono can have quite different nuance if we choose different sashes. This is exactly a "Wow!" point.

Do you find it's interesting? If so, how about joining my tour?

You'll definitely find an exotic yourself in kimono.

See you soon.

Kahoko was flexible and adhusted our schedule for our desires. We had an excellent "sampler" Japanese dinner in a "hidden" restaurant and at a reasonable price. She has excellent English, sonething not always true with SE Asia guides. And Kahoko has a very friendly personality. Hire her - you can't go wrong.

Kahoko was a pleasure to be with. My son and I spent just one day touring through Tokyo with her. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with us. Given I was with my 10-year-old and that we wanted to stop and shop unexpectedly, she was so accommodating and able to meet our needs with grace. She altered our plans effortlessly as we went and even got us to our next food tour that evenin...

Kahoko treated my wife and I like family immediately. There was no shortage of smiling and laughter and so much care. We booked 5 hours with her and took us to places that interested us such as pop culture and unique and hip areas. If it wasn’t for her, we would have spent so much time just figuring out the transportation with the metro instead of seeing so much of Tokyo. We highly recommend Kaho...
