Where do you eat sushi, at the counter or at the table? It is hard to tell. In fact, there is no good or bad. But there are pros and cons.

If you eat at the table, sushi is brought to you all in one plate. You Don't have to worry what to order next, or how much it would cost, because each plate is priced depending on the size and the ingrédients. But you miss conversations with a Young cook who is preparing sushi right in front of you.

Where do you eat Sushi, at the counter or at the table? If you are at the counter, you can ask the cook today's speciality or today's catch, and even more he will talk to you in a very friendly manner. The other day, we were even stopped our order by the cook because he found it too big for us, and he felt we would never be able to finish. Yes he was right. But you have to be ready to pay the bill which at times you may not know the amount until you pay.

I am very active senior from New York & have travelled extensively with my late wife and just finished a wonderful solo trip to JAPAN. I had the pleasure of having Yoshihisa as my guide for a 1 day trip to KAMAKURA, from Tokyo. Of the 5 different guides I had in JAPAN, he was the best. Yoshi is an extremely intelligent man who was a pleasure to be with. Very informative. I can say a lot more but...

What a excellent decision to have Yoshihisa show me his beautiful country. We met at the train station and did a e bike 6 hour tour around Tokyo. This covered new modern side of Tokyo and old traditional side which was amazing. Yoshihisa’s knowledge is unalbelievable. Every question I could ask was answered. Do not hesitate to have him show you around Tokyo. Thank you again my friend, like I sai...

“ Great half-day bicycle ride around Tokyo ”

What a great experience! We contacted Yoshihisa while we were in Tokyo and told him what we had already visited on our own. We had done the Sky Hop Bus and visited quite a bit on our own using the Metro. We wanted to see Sumo and lesser known spots. He offered two options, one by e-assist bikes and one walking tour. We picked the bike tour and did not regret it even if we don’t regularly ride bic...

With only 24 hours to spend in Tokyo, we reached out to Yoshihisa for ideas around how to cover as much of Tokyo as we possibly could in such a short time frame. Yoshi recommended an electric bike tour that would hit the highlights in the 2 half days we were there and we simply could not have done it without him! Yoshi put together a great itinerary and was a joy to be around. I would highly re...
