From Tokyo and the Yokohama region, all you need to do is follow the coast of the bay going to Chiba, take the exit at the Urayasu, take the Wangan Expressway and it will take 4 minutes. For foreigners who cannot drive in Japan or would prefer to take a car instead of public transportation, I recommend Triplelights, as they have several car tours that include limousine services to and from the Disney Parks, and will eliminate the risk of wasting time by getting lost through public transportation.

Disney Resort Line - Monorail

To travel to all the parks in Tokyo Disney, the Disney Resort Line is a loop train that goes to all the major destinations inside the resort, including a stop at JR Maihama Station. The monorail runs from 6:00 am to 12:04 am.

Fares (Adult/ Children Age 11 & Under):

  • Single ticket: 260 yen/130 yen
  • Day pass: 1 day: 650 yen/330 yen
  • 2 days: 800 yen/400 yen
  • 3 days: 1100 yen/550 yen
  • 4 days: 1400 yen/700 yen

Coupon tickets: a book of 11 tickets for the price of 10. (Expires 3 months from the purchase date.)

  • Up to two small children (under age 6) can ride free for every paying adult.
  • Infants (under age 1) ride for free.

Very Good
7 hours ago Traveler: Carol -   Tour Guide: Hiroki

We booked a Tokoy tour with Hiroki based on one of his reviews we saw online. He helped us customize the itinerary to shop for Japanese knives at the old fish market, stop to watch a traditional Buddhist wedding at a temple we were visiting, and went out of his way to pick us up promptly at our ship at our request and shepherd us to our hotel before starting the tour. Hiroki speaks English very w...

Yuko gave us a private tour at Akihabara. She showed up early and was very prepared. She had a print out schedule she showed us in the beginning of the tour. First we went to a figurin store called Radio Kaikan. For lunch, she gave us a choice of maiden cafe/gundam cafe and we went to with the maiden cafe, and it was a quite a experience and we were glad we had a good translator with us. She also...

Yoko graciously stepped in at the last minute when our original guide fell ill - and we were very fortunate. She took us on an amazing whirlwind day to see all of the major locations and neighborhoods in Tokyo. From hitting the changing of the guard at the Imperial Palace, to an amazing Sanja festival at Asakusa Temple. We had an incredible sushi lunch at the Tsukiji Fish Market, and along the ent...

Eiko was organised, extremely amicable and flexible in our itinerary. We probably took on too much being our first day after long flight with a 12 year old but she was very understanding. Discovered places we would never see & moved swiftly around towns. Eiko was full of information & would be great to have for multiple days around Tokyo. We did take her away from her family on Mother’s Day, s...
