Vegetarian Restaurants in Tokyo

by Erina

In a country where fish and meat are readily available at every turn, it can be overwhelmingly difficult to find restaurants that serve vegetarian dishes. Sadly, it's too often that I've spotted tourists eating onigiri (rice balls) from convenience stores. If you're a vegetarian, you'll no longer need to resort to convenient store meals. Below is a list of restaurants in Tokyo serving up delectable veggie-based dishes. Enjoy!

Mari was in constant contact with me the entire week prior to the tour, and if I had a question she always replied very promptly. She met us in our hotel lobby which was super convenient, and then she guided us through the subway to our s...

I presented Shin with a challenge when organising my tour by wanting a more everyday cultural experience. My initial request was very vague and wishy washy. Shin was constantly patient in working with me to come up with an itinerary. In the end we settled on a mixture of high and low culture and we packed a lot of experiences into a very fun day. Shin is very generous in his nature and keen to...
