The summer has come!

Tempreture in Tokyo in this season is as high as 30 to 35 degrees Celsius.

Center of Tokyo has a lot of interesting tourist spots to visit. But don't you think about escaping from downtown concrete jungle to have one day trip visiting  amazing nature, cool breeze and true traditional culture?

So, how about a day trip to Mitake? It's still in Tokyo. Click below to check!

From ancient times, center ideas of Japanese are intimacy with nature and ancestor worship. All things on earth were brought forth and ruled over by "KAMI" gods who reside throughout all nature. Nature surrounding residents such as trees, falls, mountains have been objects of worships. "行” Gyo is an old type of traditional practice to feel the nature more intimate way.

I expeienced Gyo 10 days ago. It was fun to know traditional culture.

“ A broad tour or Tokyo ”

Excellent
6 months ago Traveler: Ruari -   Tour Guide: Ryuta

Ryuta was a great person to have with us on our first day in Tokyo. We felt we needed someone to orientate us to the set up of the city, it’s scale, the public transport, and generally how to get the most from our stay. Thanks to Ryuta, we saw not only the usual areas talked about in the guide books, but also parts we would never have thought about. Suggestions like going to the bay area were new ...

Tokyo is a big city made up of dozens of neighbourhoods and each one a little different from the others. Some have huge skyscrapers, while others have structures on a more human scale. And then there are the green spaces that bring nature into the inner metropolis. This is the Tokyo that Ryuta Araki showed us, along with magnificent museums both big and small, temples with wafting incense, and the...

“ A perfect guide makes a perfect day even better! ”

We did the day tour to Iriomote with Ryuta and it was a blast! As for Iriomote and the sights: Iriomote truly is a very beautiful Island and doing half day Kayaking/half day snorkeling gives you the chance to at least get a glimpse of what it’s like. If you get the chance to go there, even if only for a day trip, do it! If you can stay there for a couple of nights – even better! Now for Ryut...

Mr. Ryuta was the loveliest tour guide I could have imagined. He put together an ideal tour for us, based upon our interests and our specifications; and even found us a lovely place to eat for lunch when we got hungry. His English is excellent, he is extremely knowledgeable about the history of Tokyo, and he was just absolutely delightful to spend time with. We all agree (party of 3) that we can't...

Ryuta provided an excellent journey to ancient Samurai capital of Kamakura. Meeting us in Tokyo provided a stress free day of travel all the way to escorting us back to Tokyo. One of us is a vegetarian and Ryuta went to extra efforts to find the perfect lunch spot. Overall a terrific day outside of Tokyo.

Ryuta was wonderful! I was traveling to Tokyo with wife and young child (2 years old) and was looking for a more intimate and personal view of the city with emphasis on history and culture while also taking into account the needs of my young child to be a little boy and have fun. Ryuta did an excellent job of balancing my desire for history and culture while also incorporating fun activities ...

Ryuta took me to Kamakura for a tour of beautiful, historic temples, shrines and a lovely soba noodle lunch. Ryuta helped me design a perfect day introduction to Japan that included traditional green tea at a beautiful tea house, an overview of the subway and rail system and a little Japanese politics. His national certification allows him to be well versed in all the sights and he has a k...
