Re: The Great Daimyo (Feudal Lord) of Iyo (伊予; Currently, Ehime Pref.), Yoshiaki KATO (1563 - 1631)

Yoshiaki KATO (加藤 嘉明), who is well known as one of "the Seven Spears of Shizugatake-battle" (賤ヶ岳の七本槍) in 1583, ruled a half of Iyo over 32 years, newly building Matsuyama-jyo Castle (松山城), actively developing the castle-town, improving rivers and reclaiming farm lands for the residents there.....the feudal warlord laid the foundation of Iyo domain.
I was a bit surprised to know that he was just twenty years old when the bravest warlord got the glory at the fierce battle.
