Takoyaki originate in west Japan, Osaka, called gourmet town. Its ingredients are wheat flour, vegetable and octpus. Using iron plate with a lot of hole dimple, wheat flour batter are molded into dimple to bake them. Upside-down quick motion is neede professional skill.
