I had a long layover and Narita and Eriko provided a wonderful tour of Tokyo. She recommended a train from the airport which only took 45 min instead of a 90 min drive to maximize time in the city. She selected some wonderful sites and was so helpful at explaining the culture and the history of the city. I loved my tour and would book with her again if I have the opportunity to return to Japan.
