Perfect Setting for Traditional Arts and Crafts

I love Japanese history, especially its arts and crafts. As I went on having a 4,000 yen yearly free pass to the Tokyo National Museum in Ueno Park from 2006 to 2014, I think that I visited this museum more than 500 times. Nevertheless, I still have a feeling for visiting there. If you are interested in Japanese arts and crafts, this facility is a must. Besides all the exhibits, in the large ground, there are 5 exhibition halls, Japanese-style garden and two restaurants. In my tours, Discovery of Japan's modern architecture & Gardens and Former Residence of Great Artist in Yanaka & Ueno Free Tour, as for this museum, the former is one of the destinations and the latter is one of options. Why don't you explore this museum?

We walked past the gymnasium built for the 1964 olympics and the site of the ...

As first time visitors to Japan (parents and 2 teenagers), we hired Hiroyuki to help us simplify and streamline the logistics of getting around Tokyo. We wanted to spend time seeing things, not figuring out how to get from point A to point B. We also wanted to see some of Tokyo "behind the scenes" or "off the beaten path". We had a good sense from various books of what we wanted to see, but we...

My two boys had an excellent time roaming Odaiba searching for Pokémon. Hiroyuki prepared an excellent itinerary based on our requirements. From the the subway rides to the Tonkatsu lunch and ending up at the Pokémon Mega Center in Ikebukuro. He also explained all the interesting sites along the way. Definitely a great experience. Thanks, Hiroyuki!

He brought me to lots of interesting places there (such as Yokohama red brick warehouse, Chinatown) and I really learned a lot from them. He is also very flexible and was able to accommodate his itinerary to assist me to camera se...
