My favorite ramen noodle in Shinjyuku Tokyo
That is the straigt noodle with thick seafood soup
interesting cooking ：put the oil film on the surface in order to keep soup hot=you can enjoy delicious soup until you finish the ramen
thick seafood soup is very delicious , sliced pork is very soft and tasty , bamboo shoot also very soft and good
this shop is not written on the foreign guide book →my secret ramen shop
thre is the famous ramen shop in the golden street Shinjyuku the soup is made from dreid small sardine ,like anchovy, called ,"Niboshi"in Japanese. that is tasty ,but a little spicy&dry
Do you know ,"Tukemen",「つけ麺」？ it is a kind of ramen .
ramen refers to noddle with soup, but Tukemen separate noodle from soup=you eat noodle after being dipped in special soup.
This style is especially popular when you eat ramen during the very hot summer .
Below photo is" Ganjya",「頑者」ramen shop ,the origin of Tukemen style ramen, this shop's soup is creamy pig-bone soup=tasty!
