thre is the famous ramen shop in the golden street Shinjyuku   the soup is made from dreid small sardine ,like anchovy, called ,"Niboshi"in Japanese.     that is tasty ,but a little spicy&dryMy favorite ramen My favorite ramen

Do you know ,"Tukemen",「つけ麺」?   it is a kind of ramen .

ramen refers to noddle with soup, but Tukemen separate noodle from soup=you eat noodle after being dipped in special soup.

This style is  especially popular when  you eat ramen during the very hot summer .

Below photo is" Ganjya",「頑者」ramen shop ,the origin of Tukemen style ramen, this shop's soup is creamy pig-bone soup=tasty!

He was good at making sure we were comfortable as we were touring with an elderly person so we had to take our time waking and going up and down subway stair cases. He was very patient & friendly through out the tour. Really enjoyed having to tour us around and we will definitel...

He helped us with some common Japanese phrases and local history of all the places we went. We are still working on our “gozaimas” :) arigatogozaimas Kaz, we appreciate the extra time and attention yo...

Kazuo-san was a excellent guide and very prepared for our tour. He even made a notebook for each of us with explanations of all the different aspects of both types of religious buildings and what goes on there....
