I visited new izakaya ( Japanese style tavern ).
Food were all delicious and some of them were very traditional Japanese others were fusion of Japanese and Western culture!
I will report nice food I enjoyed.
These are plate of bonito seared bonito and broiled chiken.
Have you tried real Katsuo-no-takaki" Seared bonito " ?
Real one is smoked in the straw!
Taste was miracle!
This is Shichi-rin-aburi ( Carcoal stove Broiled )
You put seafood or meat and cook by yoursel on the table.
This way of enjoying the dinner is Japanese spirit " Iki " chic !
This is fusion of Japanese, Chinese and Western food culture.
" Anko" sweetend bean paste, Mozzarella cheese covered with dough.
It looks like Gyoza dumprings and " Kinako " soy bean flour is sprinkled.
Thaste was super new but ldelicious!
