It was awesome meeting Mitsuru! He was really helpful and adaptable when organising our one day tour in Tokyo. We had a great day with Mitsuru in Tokyo. Our tour included different sites around the city that we were keen to visit, and we traveled around both by foot and subway. I'd definitely recommend booking Mitsuru as a local tour guide.

There are 13 million people in Tokyo. I have no idea how many guides there are in that figure, but I DO know, I got the best man for me, to be my guide. I chose him from his video on the TRIPLELIGHTS site. He spoke English perfectly. Sadly, he was only available for one day during my 4 day visit to Tokyo. I told him what I wanted to see in my limited time. Noodles and sushi being the number tw...

Dai is a very pleasant, mild mannered individual, who went out of his way (literally) to accommodate our needs by travelling to our nearest metro station to meet us.. Dai helped us to visit some great sights in T...

Shinya is an excellent tour guide. He is super! In Akihabara, there are so many flashy buildings for electronic products, anime, cosplays, toys or neo cultures. I could look around them with no wasting time as selected thanks to him. Everything I watched in the tour was much deeper than I thought. Thank you!

We spent two days with Makiko and it was truly a pleasure. She tailored the tour to our interests and was most accommodating when we made changes to our tour due to weather. She was on time, professional and informative about the different places we visited. She shared tidbits about the Japanese culture which would never have happened had we trekked thru Tokyo on our own. She is fluent in englis...

We really enjoyed our three days with Mitsuru. His proposed agenda took in a great selection of the main tourist "must see" items, as well as some off-beat and quirky things, exactly in line with our pre-meet preferences. His English is excellent and his manner is easy going and engaging, yet never intrusive. We were very glad we booked with Mitsuru, as we would never have covered all the desti...
