We tried niche tour around Sapporo area.
We visited Historical village of Hokkaido and Hokkaido museum.
It is little difficult for foreign tourist to approch them but they are worth visiting.
We took subway from Sappro station to Shin-Sapporo station then, we took bus to historical village of Hokkaido.
Old buildings were moved from Sapporo, Otaru and other parts of Hokkaido.
They were restored, reconstructed and have been maintained since 1983.
How about walking around this village which still has the atmosphere when many people came from main island under the practice of Hokkaido development commission?
This is old style of Japanese Soba-ya, buckwheat flour noodle restaurant.
I was surprised that I felt old but I could still understand that was buckwheat flour noodle restaurant. ]
This is old wooden post office built in Hokkaido at the era of Hokkaido development commission.
Former Hokkaido government office was moved from Hakodate to Sapporo in 1871.
The Picture above is the one first built in Sapporo.
This is a replica train cabin that reminds us of early 20th century in Hokkaido.
