Reproduced street in the Edo period(1603-1867)
It is about 30 minutes by train and bus, and on foot from Narita to Boso-no-mura open-air museum, which is characterized by reproduction of shopping streets, samurai houses and farmer houses in the Edo period(1603-1867), and various hands-on experiences such as making crafts, play, food and so on. In the ground, you can see and try many kinds of hands-on events. In addition to that, you might come across samurai, ninjya and so on. In my tour, Narita & neighboring optional tour, this museum is one of options after a visit to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. It has the rustic and relaxing atmosphere. Why don't you join me?
