“ Excellent one-day tour in Kyoto ”

Excellent

Koichi was the guide for my 12 year old son and I for one day in Kyoto (September 2019). Koichi met us at the hotel on time and our day was planned nicely by Koichi to correspond to the specific time we had alloted (not a lot of "down time" and we also were by no means "rushed"). It was a warm day and Koichi worked hard throughout the day to make our day informative, as relaxed as it could be w...

“ Relaxed and exciting tour through Kyoto. ”

Very Good

Choosing Koichi as guide is definitely a choice I do not regret. He was a very professional guide, delivering all kinds of interesting facts about the visited places and knew good viewing places to experience the shrines and temples in Kyoto in all their glory. And outside of the visits, like during travel or lunch, Koichi is also very easy to talk with. I enjoyed talking to him about various subj...

“ Great day in Kyoto with Koichi ”

Excellent

Koichi was a wonderful guide. He took my family, with people aged 7 to 85, on a great tour of the city. He offered to start our day earlier than our scheduled time, which was a great suggestion to avoid the rush at Fushimi Inari. Koichi was kind and informative. The photo shoot was also a nice bonus! I would recommend him as a guide for a visit to Kyoto.

“ Kyoto in 1 day! ”

We had only 1 day in Kyoto so we did not expect to see much around Kyoto. But thanks to Koichi, we managed to cover so much more than we expected! We were even brought to a hidden bamboo forest behind Fushimi Inari Shrine ( it's not exactly Arashiyama, but all that mattered was that there was no crowd at all and we were able to take plenty of beautiful photos!). Koichi is very helpful in recommend...

We are so grateful to have met Koichi. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful. I didn’t think we’d see so much in one day, yet we did and the pace was just right. During our visit, we were lucky to see the free illumination and geisha show at the Yasake Shrine. It wasn’t included in the itinerary but Koichi kindly let us tag along with him as he took beautiful pictures. We also enjoyed eating...

“ Very good tour in 1 day ”

Excellent

Koichi and I had few exchanges on how the day should go.He met us at the hotel lobby and was there before we arrived. We visited some parts of Kyoto which we would not probably have visited by ourself. On the journey to visit he explained us several things, had a print in French to explain etc. He brought us to a hidden local restaurant too for lunch. On top of it, he took some pics of our family...
