This season Yuichi Yoshii is back in business and organizes Versus Tokyo again in Shibuya. Yoshii, also know for his cult select shop The Contemporary Fix, has long been a member of Tokyo's fashion elite (his blog, in Japanese, can be found here). His already legendary event 'Versus Tokyo' focuses on menswear, and Yoshii is sure to bring us the freshest of styles with some good beats in the background, all with a luxurious flair (he helped launch Mastermind Japan, a brand famous for lining their clothes' labels with real diamonds). Versus Tokyo is organized on the last day (and night) of Mercedez-Benz Fashion Week Tokyo. The runway shows start during the day on Saturday, with high-profile showings planned from designers Toga Virilis and Facetasm. The grand finale is presented by cult skater brand C.E (a.k.a. Cav Empt), whose catwalk show commences at exactly midnight, followed by after-parties set to last until the early hours of Sunday.
